This presentation mainly focusses on the humane aspects of Project Management. It aligns with the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People written by Stephen R. Covey.
The speaker will be aligning the same principles on how Project Managers can be effective leaders and communicators when they apply and live the 7 Habits in their professional and personal life.
About the speaker
Speaker is a Passionate Project Management and Transition Management professional currently working as Transition Director and Delivery Operations Lead for a Strategic Account at Sonata Software Limited.
He have been in the IT Industry for over 25 years with diverse experience ranging from being a C, C++ trainer to working in setting up new IT office spaces and datacenters from scratch to migrating datacenters with zero downtime to managing large scale transition spanning diverse portfolio ranging from Development to DevOps to Azure backbone to IT Helpdesk to Service Desk to IT Security to new a few.
He has been part of various PMO and he has also built a couple of PMOs from scratch.
He is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). He has served as Club President, Area Director and Division Director in Toastmasters chartering new clubs and mentoring Clubs and budding Toastmasters.
