We are thankful to the Chapter Members for their overwhelming response to the AMM registrations, due to logistics issue we have stopped the registration for in-person attendance to the event but we encourage the members who have not yet registered to attend it online, you can register for the same using above button
Notice is hereby given to all existing members of the PMI Bangalore India Chapter that the Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held on Saturday, July 18th 2026 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

- Invocation of the meeting
- Introduction of Executive Committee Members
- Welcome address by the President
- Chapter Updates for 2025-26 & Strategy for 2026 –27 by the Secretary & All Board Members
- Approval of Audited Accounts
- Appointment of External Auditors
- Any other business with permission of the President
- Vote of Thanks
- Lunch
Note : If there is no quorum at the above scheduled time, the meeting shall be adjourned and reconvened after 30 minutes on the same day, at the same place and at such meeting the business on the agenda will be transacted, whether there is quorum or not.
