Abstract

Project management is key to the growth of India’s GDP. The primary focus is on implementation. Today, the main challenge is the slow or poor implementation of good schemes. Can we apply the Engineering Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) approach to project management? This will enable a more holistic application of project management in today’s VUCA world. Additionally, synergizing AI tools with a practical GEMBA approach can contribute to successful project management.
