Across delivery organisations, AI is now embedded at every phase of the engineering lifecycle. Code is being generated, reviewed, and tested with AI assistance. Documentation is automated. Agents are being deployed to handle specialised tasks that previously required dedicated team members. The engineering team of tomorrow looks fundamentally different from the one most organisations are managing today.

Sridharan is a technology delivery leader with over two decades of experience building and running high-performing engineering programmes across global organisations.
He currently serves as Head of Delivery at Accion Labs, where he leads a multi-client delivery unit spanning software engineering, quality engineering, and AI-enabled delivery with direct accountability for outcomes, customer relationships, and commercial performance.
Across his career, he has operated at the intersection of technology and business moving fluidly between pre-sales, programme leadership, stakeholder management, and P&L ownership. His ability to engage atboth the strategic and execution level has been a consistent differentiator in complex, high-stakes delivery environments.
In recent years, he has been deeply embedded in the practical application of AI in software engineering not as an observer, but as a practitioner.
