Abstract
AI-Enabled Transformation: From Program Delivery to Business Outcomes
Two-Day Executive Experiential Workshop | 10 PDUs
Many AI initiatives begin with promising ideas or successful pilots but struggle to achieve organisation-wide adoption and measurable business outcomes. Moving from experimentation to sustained transformation requires much more than technology—it demands the right governance, leadership alignment, responsible-AI controls, stakeholder adoption and benefits-realisation framework.
PM Enrich presents an application-oriented, two-day executive workshop designed for professionals who sponsor, govern, influence or lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Workshop Schedule
Day 1: Designing and Governing AI-Enabled Programs
Saturday, 5 September 2026 | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Participants will explore how to:
- Identify and prioritise the right AI use cases
- Assess organisational and data readiness
- Design governed AI pilots and decision gates
- Establish roles, accountability and acceptance criteria
- Manage vendors, dependencies and AI-specific risks
Day 2: Delivering Adoption, Benefits and Business Outcomes
Sunday, 6 September 2026 | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Participants will explore how to:
- Evaluate pilot outcomes and make continue–pivot–pause–scale decisions
- Drive stakeholder adoption and capability building
- Establish responsible-AI guardrails
- Measure benefits, ROI and total cost of ownership
- Translate AI investments into sustainable business outcomes
An Experiential Learning Journey
This is not an introductory AI-awareness programme. Participants will work through a continuing business case involving fragmented data, multiple vendors, uncertain pilot outcomes, user resistance, leadership expectations and limited visibility of business benefits.
The workshop will combine:
- Case simulations and team-based decision making
- Practical frameworks and workplace-ready templates
- Peer learning with experienced professionals
- An overnight reflection activity connecting both sessions
- Application to a real AI or digital-transformation initiative
Who Should Attend?
The workshop is designed for senior professionals, including:
- PMO and Transformation Office Heads
- Program Directors and Senior Program Managers
- Digital Transformation and AI Adoption Leaders
- Business Unit and Functional Heads
- Delivery, Engineering, Product and Operations Leaders
- Professionals responsible for governance, technology investment, vendor oversight, adoption or benefits realisation
The programme is best suited for professionals who are currently leading, sponsoring or influencing transformation initiatives rather than those seeking only introductory AI awareness.
