Abstract

Project Closure is an inheritance, which we have no choice but to court, flirt, tame and bury. As we travel this route, we can either create memories or nightmares. Apart from processes, human attitude, leadership competencies and the ability to stick together facilitates a smooth closeout. This session will explore the journey of the closing of a project from dreams to reality. Drawing from time tested and well-established theories of management and leadership, interspersed with experiences and examples, delegates will get a perspective of project closure.
