Abstract

In project management, effective communication is essential for effortless information flow among involved stakeholders. Interpretation and consumption of information differs necessitating tailored approaches.  Most project managers are generally good communicators but it needs to be explored if they are communicating effectively. Communication is one key element which must be applied throughout a project’s life cycle, from commencement to culmination. A meticulously planned communication strategy is crucial throughout the project lifecycle accommodating varied requests. Prioritizing this ensures success by navigating the intricacies of the project efficiently.

Diligent project management professional with significant experience in leadership and management roles, speaker & trainer who likes to share knowledge keeping audience engaged. Currently working with Accenture as Delivery Excellence Manager. In my corporate career spanning several years have had the opportunity to conduct project management trainings, mentor juniors, conduct interviewers(certified interviewer in current organization), get actively  involved as internal POSH committee member & appraisal team member of CMMI Level 5 certification.

Active member of PMI Bangalore Chapter, former Marcom volunteer, Guest writer for PM Essence Newsletter & was a speaker in PMI Kerala Chapter PMIKWhizTalks.

Apart from these I enjoy reading, cooking, learning languages, traveling & spending time with family.
