In a Cloud and AI environment, project success increasingly depends on the ability to connect business outcomes, customer value, technology architecture, data, AI, cloud economics, risk and governance.
This session explores how the traditional project manager is evolving into an AI-augmented value leader. A modern PM needs to make decisions across business outcomes, technology, AI governance, FinOps, risk, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
The session will also introduce practical frameworks for developing the T-shaped capability profile required by today’s PMs, combining project leadership with working knowledge of Cloud, AI, Data, DevOps, FinOps and technology economics
