Abstract
Outsourcing is no longer just a cost or capacity decision; it is a strategic lever for growth, agility, and resilience. In the AI era, organizations must rethink how they choose partners, define outcomes, share risks, and build long-term value. This session will explore how project and business leaders can move beyond transactional outsourcing to create partnerships that are purpose-led, performance-driven, and built on trust. It will offer practical perspectives on governance, accountability, collaboration, and value creation in an increasingly complex business environment.
